Cycling England's County Towns

The day ended in Portsmouth as planned at 76 miles. The start was Swanage to Studland to Sandbanks by ferry, the crossing was very pretty then time was lost as the bike repairs took about 90 minutes. A great bike shop in Sandbanks with vegan coffee shop attached! Christina and I met for a late brunch Branksome Chine which was beautiful. I spent the afternoon cycling through the new forest then battling the traffic around Southampton. From there to Gosport to catch the second ferry of the day to Portsmouth, amazingly no signage of ferry anywhere, Garmin assisted with finding till it fell into the Solent while I was definitely on dry land! Tomorrow is the 55 day and last and starts with another ferry across to Hayling Island then 50+ miles home!
